πŸ‘©β€πŸš€ The paradox of life

The more your chase happiness, the less satisfied you’ll become.

‍

Why?

‍

Because pursuing anything only reinforces the fact that you lack it in the first place.

‍

Society tells us to do the opposite:

‍

The more effort you put in, the better off you’ll be.

‍

In actuality, results only come to those who understand the art of doing through non-doing.

‍

To simply become an empty vessel, free from the fight, struggle, and conflict.

‍

You allow something to happen through you.

‍

Chasing it only moves it further away from itself.

‍

The more you try to grab it, the more it slips through your fingers.

‍

It’s difficult for the logical mind to grasp because the ego always wants to go against the current.

‍

It has something to prove.

‍

But hard work does not bring proportionate outcomes.

‍

Life is a paradox.

‍

When there is nothing left to be achieved, you have achieved it.

‍

You are already that which you’ve always wanted to be.
